I tuned for Ken Medema several times some years ago. I met him the first time as I was finishing prepping a Baldwin for him. He tried the piano, we had a very nice conversation, and I left him so he could complete a sound check. A year later I was called to tune a different piano at another venue for him and when I said "hello Ken", he immediately replied, "well Chuck, how are you?". Pretty impressive memory considering we had only a brief conversation a year earlier!
