photo reduction

Thanks Robin,
I've got it figured out now and it works great. For years I have opened up 
photo shop and imported the photo, down sized it, re-saved it, etc. This is 
way faster and better. My worry was just the button caption which said "Make 
all my photos smaller" I was afraid to push the button.
