You may win the judgment, but collecting is your problem. It's essentially an empty process. Being an official legal ruling, it *may* (needs substantiated) not be considered libelous to advertise the fact as prominently as is affordable in the local newspaper, as a gentle reminder and public service message to anyone else considering business dealings with the individual. But then you'll likely be out a newspaper publication cost as well as being stiffed for the original job. Maybe you could just hire Biff, anonymously, to dye her purple.
