It could be that she is just a friendly, tactile person and the first tuner
mistook her friendly nature as an invitation.

My former dentist (now retired) was this way, always touching your arm
or shoulder when gesturing while he talked. Some people use this method
to focus someone's attention or to put someone at ease. A friend stopped
using this dentist because it made him uncomfortable.

Maybe you had a Wet Paint sign on your back, or as cuddly as a puppy or kitten;
either that or you're a latent babe magnet.
