[pianotech] Ideas for redemption

Jurgen,

Avery's got it right, man. No redemption needed.   We're so fortunate to have 
you providing your little niche of high quality parts and tools.

If you did do a voicing book, I should think an accompanying DVD actually 
demonstrating various techniques would be of great value.
