You can buy brass ones from the supply houses, or take the dimensions of the right slide, and ask a wood worker to make one.

Subject: [pianotech] Music Desk slide

I have a Grand piano where the left "runner" for the music desk is missing.
Where can I buy this thin strip of wood? Or what is the quickest way to make a replacement?

Thank you for your help...
