[pianotech] Mileage charges - the tax angle

You can negotiate any amount of miles per year.  Buying a new car is never a good deal considering the depreciation factor.  Better to buy low mileage used.

I'm pretty sure Consumer Reports did research on leasing and they felt it was better to own in the long run...it is nice to have brand new car every 3 years...but how do you keep the mileage down?   Max 15,000 miles?
