I met a technician at a convention named Jim Commander who does smoke damage restoration. He uses an ozone machine and "Otoban", a liquid odor remover. He claims he can get rid of any odor with this. He's a member of the Guild and is in member's guide. Depending on the severity of the odor, superficial cleaning is just touching on the surface. There's under the plate and everywhere else that can't be reached. Then there is all the felt which will be off-gassing the odor. -- Regards, Jon Page No virus found in this incoming message.
