I just finished tuning a Cable console this morning. Averaged 8 - 10 cents flat on practically every note. I've tuned it yearly in April for 10 years. A few pianos seem to stay right on target, but most of the pianos I tune are usually 5 - 10 cents flat. That with a yearly tuning. Iowa winters are to blame, I'm sure.
