[pianotech] Quote follow-up

I e-mail quotes, appraisals and evaluations in a Word document. I always protect the document by making it a "read only" file, protected with a password so that no one can 'inadvertantly' change the numbers.

Just curious as to how you guys handle your quotes.  If you e-mail them or send them in the mail.  And then, how long do we typically wait until we contact them to hear a decision?
