[pianotech] Not again, Young Chang contact for action

At the time I did the work, YC provided me with a form to fill out 
specifically for the purpose of receiving compensation. I believe is was 
$200 or $250.

YC will send the action brackets at no charge. But they no longer pay to 
have them installed.

I suggest that you charge the customer for the full amount of this repair. I 
did one two years ago and never got paid anything by Young Chang.?
