Here are a couple of other photos.  The capstans are from Schaff.  Sadly,
they no longer carry the 11/16" long ones (559C on page 132) which are
perfect length and you have to go to the next one 559 D which sometimes
require trimming when the protrude through the bottom of the damper tray.
But being brass that's not too difficult.  The recess in the tray can be
easily done with a laminate trimmer base (Porter Cable model 3091) which
happens to index perfectly off the Renner tray without a jig, and a small
router bit.  Some people also use a table saw for that operation.  It's
pretty easy and beats cutting little strips of sandpaper and shoving it
under a piece of felt.
