Hello Pat,
Yes I do. This type of grand action is a single
escapement.
Regulate it the same as a standard vertical action.
That is the hammer shank on hammer rail with a
tad of lost motion. Let off and blow distance the same.
Thayer Action Co. built all of the " Staib " ( Grand )
actions.
On the Foundation page in a recent Journal you will
find a picture and a short commentary on this action.
M. Schultz used this action also along with other
Piano Company's.
It worked well ( as a single escapement) action.
