Hi list - Thanks to everybody for your suggestions a few weeks ago regarding removing scratches from white keytops. The scratches on this piano were fairly light, but had collected dirt so they were more a cosmetic problem than a touch/feel problem. I decided to try the suggested Turtle Wax polishing compound & scratch remover. WOW - this stuff is awesome! Having never used anything like it, I was concerned that it would be too abrasive and dull the shine on the keytops, but it worked beautifully. In fact, just for giggles, I ended up polishing all 88 keys with it even though only 6 of them had scratches, and the keyboard just gleamed. I will definitely be using this product whenever I have a keyboard to spiff up. Thanks again for the suggestion! Scott ------ Scott A.
