Good voicing techniques should take care of it. String leveling / hammer fitting most likely.

Subject: [pianotech] Kawai RX3
I have a Kawai RX3 and I have noticed that about 8 notes in the tenor section (starting at D below Middle C going down chromatically) sound rather nasal. I wonder if voicing the hammers in that section will help. Or is it just part of the Kawai grand sound? Wondering if anyone has also experienced this.
