[pianotech] Regulation specs for Mason Hamlin BB

Set rest hammer height ~2mm above rest rail, assume fudge factor of strings being at about the point that the shank is level/hammer is perpendicular to string. Set let-off a little lower than you think it should be.

  figure it out.  Not to be glib but working out the regulation specs at 
  the piano is often better than trying to follow some theoretical specs which
