    Hey Bill:
    If Apex doesn't work, try going back to Mac and SnapOn and key in "drag 
link adjuster."  Industrial strength, different sizes and can be modified by 
grinding to whatever size you need.  Failing that, try Sears Craftsman, or 
buy a large heavy screwdriver with a square shank and use an adjustable 
wrench to turn.
