Brian, Tuned one last summer, 5'8" purchased through Costco, delivered to the customer's home in the crate. Needed a pitch raise and a complete action redesign. Because Suzuki had made it clear that anything beyond basic tuning would be a difficult sell, I just got every string on pitch and cured the most obvious problems, billed for a little more than 2 hours work. Did the work on June 6, finally got paid on July 27 after several reminder calls.
