Tom, I like those pliers, another 'duh' moment when I saw them, nice and simple. I may try that on an old, never used, pair of those pliers that are supposed to turn the dowel let off buttons....

Matthew, did you ever let us know what the solution was to your earlier damper noises? Always curious....
