I am in the middle of exchanging Young Chang brackects and took some photos.

 

No problem pulling the action but the piano was very difficult to play.

 

The customer had three other "tooners" come out and charge her big bucks to
fix the problem

but did not know what the problem was so they messed up the regulation.

 

 

Young Chang has given me great service. I have installed the new brackets
and it made a huge difference

 and am now doing the fine regulation.
