Consider stack relocation, moving it forwards will increase
the wippen ration to give you more after touch. How is the
touchweight?  If the bass shanks are not centered over
the wippen cushions this relocation may correct that.

Stack placement sideways may relieve the backcheck
problem too.  Are the wips fairly centered on the capstans.

Of course there's always capstan relocation.  how did this
piano escape the factory QC...or the dealer's close scrutiny?
