I bought one of those Harbor Freight Chicago multi-tools. Later I also saw its higher-priced cousin in a hands-on powered display at Home Depot. The Chicago tool seemed weaker and slower. It did the same thing, but with less efficiency. So if you don't mind waiting to cut through that casing or removing that grout, then I suppose the Chicago tool is adequate.
