[pianotech] side cutters

I have several cutters that handle music wire nicely but my favorite are 
the wire cutters that Pianotec sells, #WC-134. They cut wire up to 
.062"  and the nicest feature is the cut end will not fly away. If you 
squeeze and hold. you cannot pull either piece of wire from the cutter 
and I consider this a safety feature.
