[pianotech] SAT IV extended

The calculated tunings, imho, are slightly better. It certainly calculates
faster, the battery lasts longer. Everything go faster. Down side is when
back lighting is used,, which is necessary, battery life is dramatically
affected. It is stronger physically because it now has a metal structure
inside not plastic. It seems much stronger. The manual is useless on the
extended memory as it does not even mention it even though the advertising
hawks the extended memory. I like it better than my old SATIII just because
of the speed and accuracy. It is pricey, but on the other hand, we know how
long they last and their resale value. This is my 3rd SAT in my career.
