[pianotech] iPod Touch

I'm considering installing the TuneLab on my newly-acquired itouch, and 
I was wondering what would happen if I lost or broke the machine.  Would 
I lose the program($299)? or would the app store allow me to download it 
again?  For how long?  I'm in this profession for the duration.
