You did have to buy the replacement iPhone...right? AT&T let's you buy a replacement at the discounted price you originally paid.

When you download it to iTunes and then sync it to your itouch, it is backed up on iTunes. You won't lose it.

The reason I know this is that I dropped my iPhone several months ago and broke the screen. I went to the Apple store and they couldn't fix it so they replaced it with a new one. When I got home, I chose "restore" from iTunes and it asked me to pick a profile. I picked the one from my previous phone. It took quite a while to restore it, but when it was done, I had all my apps, my photos, music... everything.

Happy New Year!!

I'm considering installing the TuneLab on my newly-acquired itouch, and I was wondering what would happen if I lost or broke the machine. Would I lose the program($299)? or would the app store allow me to download it again? For how long? I'm in this profession for the duration.

These are powerful computers. Processor speeds aren't exactly secret, but are not advertised.

I could not find any mention of processor speed on the Apple site
but a google search revealed the info for the iPhone and iPod.
