The altar near where the piano was placed was directly under a huge skylight which was shining directly down on the piano when I arrived at the appointed hour of 12 noon. I explained to them that as long as the piano was subjected to direct sunlight for those few hours everyday they would continue to have tuning problems. I wasn't asked back! I did hear they went digital a few years later. (sigh) Now they still have a lousy sounding piano but I suppose it's in tune, if you care for that sort of thing! Mike -- I intend to live forever.
