[pianotech] Thumbs Down to Yamaha !!!!!!!!!!

I tried to order the Yamaha 37 step regulation DVD from Alaceri Alvarez at
Yamaha Piano Service. Not only did it take them weeks to answer my inquiry,
they tell me that they don't ship to Canada.

They told me to contact Yamaha Canada - I did 1 month ago but they still
have not answered my inquiry.

What is the matter with these big piano retailers? Did any of you have
similar problems?
