We had in the past been contacted by BBB.  Funny thing, they were calling
the wrong business (thought we were someone else).  Had one complaint filed
which we thoughtfully replied to.  We see no need to join.  Just provide
quality service and be straight forward with work you will perform.

Hi all.

I was contacted today by the BBB to join. It seems a bit 
pricey for what you _might_ get..already I'm getting a bad 
taste in my mouth from the person who contacted me. 
According to her, someone contacted the BB about me and my 
business, and they in turn contacted me..I'm calling BS on 
that one, and the person on the other end of the line did 
nothing to convince me otherwise.

Anyone here have any experience in belonging to the BBB?
