If you have the top, make the legs out of 2x10's (or 12's). You can make them to any height you desire. Fashion a 45 degree cut for the ends and bang in an old upright caster for the bottom. My bench is made from the keybed of a 7' Zimmerman square grand. I've made a couple of these and gave one to another tech.
