Hello William, I am indeed familiar with this type of bridge and agraffe "clips". Seeing them the first time I thought they would not work. New strings were installed and the "Clips" worked well. On the tri-cord clips had a hole for the center string and each of the out side wires hooked on the outside "ear hooks" of the "clip". They were held in place with only one screw. This had to be much cheaper than the brass agraffes as found on other pianos such as the Sohmer. These were just stamped out from a flat sheet of medal. Many of these grand pianos had an actual picture of Mr. Schumann on the plate. Hope his helps. Jack Wyatt In a message dated 2/27/2009 10:36:01 A.M. Also wondering where I might find serial number? Checked all the usual suspects. Thanks William R. Monroe, RPT **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. See yours in just 2 easy steps!
