You can't realistically do this on site in a tuning appointment. Unless it's clear that the piano was designed not to go to 440 I wouldn't worry about it. In a stringing situation you can run the scale numbers with a program or spreadsheet and determine the % break point at which the piano is strung for a particular pitch level.
