Thank you for your response Paul. What I want to do is get one pronto. This will allow me to send mine to Inventronics for general repair. I would then own " TWO." I really don't like the idea of worrying about a breakdown when I need it . Here I am with work to do, and I have to send it away. Sounds like the turn around time is fairly short, but not instant. I also sent an Email to Inventronics for advice, and hope they return with same soon. If you have further advice, I would be happy to hear from you. Thanks again.
