Isolate. Not yourself, but rather, the components. Is there excessive
pressure on the ends of the tray from the blocks? What happens if all the bass
underlevers are held off the tray when the tray is moved, other sections? Lift all
the underlevers with a board to see if the noise is them or the tray.
This is a cheap piano, it shouldn't make the noise, but you don't get
everything for less price and there are compromises throughout. Turn it back to
the factory's responsibility and either charge for investigating or let them
take care of it. Life is too short to make silk purses...
