Subject: [pianotech] 1943 Acrosonic Spinet
Hi All,
I am trying to find 2 used or new whippens for a 1943 Baldwin Acrosonic spinet piano. Two whippens are broken where the sticker attaches to the whippen and I do not think that glueing these parts would last under playing conditions. If anyone has experience in doing this repair or has replacement parts please email me privately if you would like at artc at gwi.net. The supply companies do not carry this part anymore. The 2 whippens are located in middle register and they do have damper spoons.
Thanks for any help,
Arthur Chickering
