Greetings,
First wire brush, dry wipe, Naval Jelly: follow directions, ( if
rust is real bad, repeat Naval jelly treatment) rinse, let dry, follow up with
primer or paint on a non humid day (preferrably, the metal should be warm
from sitting in the sun; for best adheshion)...This takes care of the outside,
what about the inside of the metal tubing? ...don;t know.
