I dug out ye olde Deagan No.178 Tonometer and did a very quick test
against my RCT Pianalyzer, set to read ¢.

C4 - +1.35
# +0.31
D +0.9
# +0.25
E +0.59
F +0.33
# +0.3
G +1.07
# +1.15
A 0.0 !!!
# -.026
B -.027
C5 +0.63

You CTEs figger out what that score would be...  ;-}

What I found out: It takes a long time for the forks to settle on room
temperature. When I went back to A it was at -.94¢. (It's warm in
here, right now.)

If you were to use this set, the heat from your hands varying over all
the forks and however much time necessary would make Olympic Trap
shooting seem easy.

Better to use your ears and 1 (one) well-calibrated fork.

My .87¢ (Dow Jones 2¢)

Conrad
