[pianotech] key position at rest

    I dont see why a mfgr would want the capstans  on an angle. Perhaps the 
factory at the time, put the wrong thickness of back  rail cloth on it. 2mm 
Seems awfully thin!

Existing backrail  felt is pretty thin. Not quite 4 mm thick.  Also, at 
some point  someone has added 2 mm thick felt to the back key felts that 
raise the  dampers.  I get the feeling I should be using a 5 mm back rail 
felt  at the very least.
