No mention of ANYTHING specific. A picture doesn't confirm anything. It's misleading pure and simple. And $35 for a cleaning? really? Would that include a full cleaning on a spinet, console-full upright, baby to concert grand? He should remove any question by SIMPLY STATING what that "$35" includes.
