Hi all, A member of our organization, MITA, Int, has been by Y-C/Kurzweil. Derek has quit. He was traveling 75 miles one way to work and then they were "hassling" him all the time and he couldn't take it. While this individual was there, phones were ringing and no one was answering them. I would suggest that those who are owed money for warranty repairs, write certified letters to Vise president Vincent Choi. We are not being mean, we want and need to make a living servicing there products. Stress this fact, and tell them how you are not being taken care of.
