FWIW, I've seen 2 Weinbach 6'4"s with a similar disorder and have heard of a 3rd from another tech. Check for loose glue joints where the beams collect at the belly rail. You may be able to see in there with a mirror and light. If this is the cause/location of the buzz/rattle, a wooden wedge can be glued and hammered into the appropriate spot.
