I'd like to see some of the aural tunings put to the test of the machines. They did that twice years ago with Jim Coleman using an SAT and Virgil Smith tuning aurally. First year the machine was voted the winner. Now if a machine can tune at the level of Virgil Smith, it certainly is going to be superior to most aural tunings. Plus, my mentor of 30+ years aural tuning, taught me to tune with Cybertuner. BUT, I'm sure some of the staunch aural tuners will NEVER try using an ETD. -- Duaine Hechler Piano, Player Piano, Pump Organ Tuning, Servicing & Rebuilding Reed Organ Society Member Florissant, MO 63034 (314) 838-5587 dahechler at att.net www.hechlerpianoandorgan.com -- Home & Business user of Linux - 10 years
