David Depends. Age and make? When / how did this problem first manifest? One string, or many? Agraffes or not? (some cheap old microgrands had v-bar from top to bottom - just move the string away from the damper wire). Sometimes you can even move or bend the string within the agraffe enough to stop the buzz, but this might not be a durable fix. Observe any obvious flaw in guide rail mounting, guide rail bushing, or damper wire bends? Possible fixes, besides moving the string, include: bend the damper wire to go around the string, plug and re-bush the guide rail, relocate the guide rail, or re-cap / replace the guide rail. I've even seen where someone filed away half the thickness of the damper wire to clear a string.
