Could be a bit of loose glue inside the hollow plastic sharp. I have seen this on a Steinway before.

Client has a "B" ca:1986 with a noise in a sharp key in upper treble . It's a slightly higher pitched sound when the key is lightly tapped with your finger.
It is not the whippen. Any ideas?
