Thank you, Dave. Will offered some very good advice that Matthew - and others - could do very well to follow. Matthew responded by basically telling him to shut up. You shouldn't shit where you eat... It's that old saw about give a man a fish - and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish - and you feed him for life. Give the man an answer - and you maybe take care of the immediate issue (that is, if he gave you all the relevant information in his question). Give the man a method for finding his own answers - and you put him on the path to becoming a skilled technician. But every time someone - like Will here or Joe Garrett - tries to do that, this guy gets all huffy...
