Wim, Your sister may very well be right. There are too many unanswered questions about what is put in the vaccines, but we're just told they are perfectly safe and nothing can go wrong... can go wrong... can go wrong... Best to eat healthy, wash hands frequently and don't put your fingers in your mouth - common sense stuff - plus take vitamin D3 which supports your immune system and you don't have to guess which strains of flu are coming over from China.
