t know about other people but when Outlook refused to open one day, for no
apparant reason, I spent 6 hours on the phone with their technical people
(who were in Bali) before they gave me the number of the Outlook
specialist!!!! I now use other things not associated with Microsoft due to
their overly complicated programs that are IMHO unstable!
