Wow. Thanks for your post, William. Again, I'm glad I left it alone. And Tom, thanks for the suggestion on a technical for spinets. It's really needed for me. I've learned to service full uprights and grands by working on pianos that I have owned. Since I don't anticipate owning a spinet, the same learning path does not exist.
