[pianotech] pin block inserts

Yup. New finish on it - don't want to chip it up. Foam works quite  
well - stays in place pretty well also. Not my idea - I picked it up  
from someone else - don't remember who though. Thanks for the  
compliment on the looks - I am real happy with how that piano looks,  
sounds and plays.
