I think Ron is right.    #2 should be #1.   They had slid the board/piano out onto the lift gate, then lowered the lift gate to set the dolly.  STUPID  #1 should be #2 and they had brought the lift gate back up with the piano now on the dolly.   Note the position of the dolly.   It is not positioned correctly.   Way too much weight on the guy at the nose.   Also the dolly looks like it isn't position equally under the board, i.e. too much towards the bottom of the piano.   Notice in #3 the dolly has a bent wheel, which may have happen in the drop.   This is a good reason not have the piano on the dolly on the lift gate and imagine the jokers with a swivel dolly... '-]
